These Bye-laws set out the working practices of the Union providing for the conduct of Union affairs as well as the implementation of Union strategy and policy. These Bye-laws are made by the Trustees in accordance with Article 51 of the Articles of Association of Leeds Beckett Students’ Union. The Bye-laws shall be amended only in accordance with the provisions of the Articles. Any changes to these Bye-laws must have the approval of the Trustee Board. Student Members' Meetings have the power to put forward recommendations for repealing or amending Bye-laws but the Trustees shall not be bound by such recommendations.
