This class will offer intro exercises to Qishu practice which includes, rolls, throws, handstands and more.
These practices are excellent for developing strength and conditioning in a way that strengthens the joints, whilst developing a lightness in our bodies which in time, can have highly beneficial effects mentally, physically and emotionally.
