Physio Society End of Year Ball

This night is inclusive of a red carpet and prosecco entrance, a three-course meal which is inclusive of ½ a bottle of wine OR 3 beers per person, DJ, entertainment and a private bar facility.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with a free glass of prosecco (if you wish to drink), or sparkling orange juice to walk down the red carpet with! 

The night will consist of a sit down three-course meal which is inclusive of ½ a bottle of wine OR 3 beers per person.  There will be 1 shot per person on every table as part of the package (sourz or similar) but there is also a private bar facility where you are welcome to purchase your own drinks beyond this. There will also be a DJ and other entertainment for the evening! 

The tables are 10-12 per person and we need to organise a seating plan so on the form there will be an option to select 3 of your friends you would like to sit with. If you have a group of 10-12 people you would like to sit with, you can all put each other down and we will try our best to sit everyone with their friends. 

Schedule of the night

19:00 – Arrival:  reception drinks & bar to be open 

19:30 – Guests to be seated 

19:45 – Food to be served 

23:30 – Last orders at the bar

00:00 – Carriages home…or out!
