Leeds Ethical Hacking

Hey! Welcome to the LBU Ethical Hacking Society. Here we look to build on skills which may improve employability and to provide a fun source of information regarding news within the cyber security industry. Aside from that we also have groups within the society who enjoy DnD, Warhammer and other niche topics.

We run a variety of events including regular weekly meetings where we discuss society events, have demonstrations of different technology and have different members leading the sessions, followed by a chat and a drink at the pub. The last few years we have travelled to Dundee for the Securi-Tay Information Security Conference, which is attended by other (Ethical) Hacking societies from the UK.

We also try to offer opportunities to travel to other security conferences and network with industry professionals and meet up for socials outside the cyber security scene.
