Your Officer Team are elected by you, to lead the Students’ Union. From Equality and Diversity to Welfare, and student-led Activities, the Officers are here to make students’ lives better and address the many different needs of the student body.
As your representatives, the Officer Team listen to your ideas and wishes, communicating them to the Students’ Union, the University and the City of Leeds, to get them considered at the highest of levels.

Jess Carrier shows no signs of slowing down as she begins her second year representing student welfare on issues like housing, sexual and mental health, and prioritising student safety.
Sherry Iqbal's tenure as your Education Officer will come from a place of representation, already having been your BAME Students Rep, NUS Delegate and President of two societies, to name a few.

Barbara Pereira wants to make the new "Events" part of this Officer role her own, expanding into more social activities and focusing on student accessibility to SU events.
