How we’re keeping you safe at our events

The Government urged nightclubs and other venues with large crowds to now make use of the NHS COVID Pass, which shows proof of vaccination or a recent negative test as a means of entry. Following these new advice, we are putting additional covid-19 measures in place for your safety. In this article, we're highlighting how we will keep each other safe at our events this year.

UPDATED WEDNESDAY 15TH DECEMEBER 2021

The Government urged nightclubs and other venues with large crowds to now make use of the NHS COVID Pass, which shows proof of vaccination or a recent negative test or as a means of entry. Following this new advice, we are putting additional covid-19 measures in place for your safety. In this article, we're highlighting how we will keep each other safe at our events this year.

To be admitted to our shows you will need to provide proof of:

Double Vaccination

Proof that you have received your second Covid-19 vaccine at least two weeks prior to the event date

or

Negative Test

A negative lateral flow or PCR test taken in the 48 hours prior to the event.

Natural Immunity is no longer accepted as proof to enter.

The NHS App should be used as proof of any of the above. We will also accept an NHS text or email confirmation of a negative lateral flow test. Test strips or vaccine cards will not be accepted as proof of covid status.

PLEASE NOTE FACE COVERINGS ARE NOT MANDATED BUT ARE ENCOURAGED FOR ALL EVENTS.

Please respect people’s personal space and be mindful of the current climate. We will take all necessary precautions in cleaning the venue, and we encourage you to continue to regularly wash your hands and use the sanitiser located around the venue.

Due to the above entry will inevitably take longer than normal – we appreciate your patience and please remember to be kind to staff.

The Government advice may well change in the near future so we strongly recommend keeping an eye on our channels and checking the criteria for attending events prior to the event taking place to check that any requirements for access have not changed.

Thank you,
LBSU
