Would you like to have a say in how Leeds Beckett University can improve equality of opportunity for students to access, succeed in, and progress from Higher Education?
The University is currently producing its Access and Participation Plan, which outlines the interventions and activities that it will implement to ensure equality of opportunity, as well as how it will measure their effectiveness. We are seeking a number of students to take part in one or more focus groups to give feedback on, and help shape these planned interventions before they are included in the plan. In particular (but not exclusively) we are interested in speaking with students from the following backgrounds:
- Asian, Black, Mixed and Other Ethnicities
- Mature students
- Students from low-income households
Focus groups are taking place at the following times:
- Tuesday 18 June | 09:30 - 11:00
- Tuesday 18 June | 11:30 - 13:00
- Friday 28 June | 10:30 - 12:00
Participants will receive £25 as a thank you for their time for each focus group that they take part in.
If you're interested in participating in one of these focus groups, please complete the form on the link below and indicate which groups you are available to take part in.
