At Leeds Beckett Students' Union, we welcome feedback on our events.

If you have some feedback that you'd like to share, please read the following details about how to share your experience with our team:
 

Sharing Positive Feedback

We always aim to go above and beyond when delivering events at our venue. We're always happy to hear positive feedback and experiences from attendees. If you have some positive feedback you'd like to share, please send it to us with the following:`
 

• Details about the gig/event: including the gig, date and time 
   
• Details about your experience: If your feedback relates to a specific experience or interaction within the venue
   
• Details about any team interactions: If your feedback involves a member of staff.

Submitting a complaint

In the event you need to submit a complaint about your experience at our venue - we'd like to hear from you. If you'd like to submit a complaint, please send it to us with the following:
