Want to create change on the issues that matter to you?
Community organising is about building power through relationships, bringing people together around shared concerns, and taking collective action to make things better.
In this interactive training, you'll learn the foundations of community organising: how to build meaningful relationships, identify common interests, develop leaders, and organise effective campaigns. Whether you're passionate about improving student life, tackling issues in your community, or creating wider social change, this session will give you practical tools to get started.
This training is particularly relevant for students interested in running campaigns on issues they care about, as well as anyone looking to get involved with LBSU's organising work on Work & Employability, Community, Belonging & Inclusive Spaces, and Transport.
No previous experience is needed - just bring your curiosity, your ideas, and a willingness to work with others to create change.
