Disabled Students' Community Welcome Social

Tuesday 01 October 2024

5pm - 7pm

Stage 2, The Hive, City Campus

This is a space to meet up, network, and socialise with students who may share similar lived experiences!

Welcome to the Disabled Students' Community!

This community aims to bring together all students who identify as disabled, to network, make new friends, and have the opportunity to organise together to shape your university experience. No matter your background, all students are welcome. The social will be an opportunity to meet other disabled students in a relaxed environment, located in The Hive at City Campus. Here we can get to know each other and hear your ideas for future community events and activities.

Please register for a free ticket on this page if you would like to attend.

National Union of Students Affiliation

If YES wins Leeds Beckett Students’ Union will remain affiliated with NUS UK and continue to take part in national student representation and campaigning through the organisation. If NO wins Leeds Beckett Students’ Union will leave NUS UK and will no longer be a member of the political and campaigning body. Regardless of the outcome, our affiliation with NUS Charity will remain unchanged. For the result to meet Quorum: a minimum of 4% of LBSU members must cast a vote for the referendum to be valid

Should Leeds Beckett Students’ Union remain affiliated to NUS UK?
