HEY YOU!
My name is Ruturaj Savekar I’m doing my Masters in Msc Management
I’m compaigning for: NUS Delegate
I am pleased to announce my candidacy for the position of delegate to the National Students Union (NSU).We believe that students are the backbone of any nation's future and it is our responsibility to ensure that the educational experience we receive is of the highest quality possible. As your representative, I will do our best to make sure your voice is heard and your concerns are resolved.

Before coming to LEEDS BECKETT UNIVERSITY for my Masters, I did my Bachelors in Law & have experience in Human Resource & Management.

On basis of my experience and skills, my campaign is built on three major pillars:

Advocacy and Representation:
As an NSU delegate, my primary responsibility will be to advocate for the interests of students . I will work to ensure that our voices are heard and our concerns are addressed by policymakers and education authorities. I will also strive to make sure that the NSU is an inclusive and representative body that reflects the diversity of our student population.

Access and Affordability:
Access to quality education is a fundamental right for all students, regardless of their background. I will work to ensure that education is accessible and affordable for all students, regardless of their socioeconomic status.

Student Well-being and Support:
As students, we face many challenges that can impact our mental health and well-being. As an NSU delegate, I will prioritize the well-being of students by advocating for mental health support and resources on campus, as well as addressing issues such as campus safety, student housing, and accessibility.

In addition to these major pillars, I will also work to promote student engagement and involvement in the NSU. I believe that students are the driving force behind positive change, and I will work to create opportunities for students to get involved in advocacy and leadership.

Thank you
