ABHIRAMI MAHARAJ RAJESHWARI – ASPIRANT FOR INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY LEADER

My name is Abhirami Maharaj Rajeshwari, I would like to introduce myself as one of your sisters from another mother who would like to engage more with you all, going forward by becoming an international Community Leader. I was born and brought up at INDIAwhere I grown up in a joint family culture, Now I’ve come all the way from there and started my Bon voyage in this beautiful Land of Leeds. Here I don’t have any family or friends circle and everything here seems new for me. I find myself and now I would like to have that blossom to bloom over here."we know the periods, where there is no leadership, society stands still. Progress occurs when courageous, skilful leaders seize the opportunity to change things for the better" and i would like to utilise this inevitable opportunity at its best to bring out not only the better but the best changes i can. I'm a good communicator and a  motivator which i believe one of the prime quality to be an effective leader and with my past leadership experience i find myself that i can do this in great way.I can easily gel with people and make them feel comfortable in my zone which is one of my strengths i posses that very well suits this role as i want to Collaborate with people of different culturesOne of the best attribute why I think I'm suitable for the role is that I myself an international student and know the difficulties my fellow mate overcome on daily basis, as I also would have been dealing with it in some time. As I'm one among them I can converse very well with them and bring the best possible outcomes . I'm a goal oriented person who drives my action towards my vision, My vision is to bring a change in the on going system and Make the international students not to feel they are from another nationality. With my effective Leadership attributes I'll engage my community people work towards bringing a change that will be a best example model for the future generation !  The fact that it is hard does not diminish our responsibility to learn how to lead well

  1. Take ownership of my work and strive to make things better within my sphere of influence.
    • Pursuing varied and challenging assignments that will push me out of my comfort zone and provide me greater perspective.
    • Developing the resilience necessary to learn from the setbacks and hardships that I will inevitably encounter during my Effective period.

Stay safe ! Enjoy the journey but don’t forget to have fun, as life is once… Cheers !
