What you will be doing
*Playing the piano to the hospital audience – there is no set list, although you may get requests from the public!
*Receiving donations into the piano collection tin
*Answering queries relating to the charity, and signposting information
*Taking care of the piano and informing your Volunteer Supervisor of any issues
*Being a friendly face and representing the charity
The skills you need
Confidence to play in front of an audience
A willingness to learn about the charity and to share that information with your audience
The ability to tailor your setlist to the environment you are playing in
You will have the opportunity to play a fantastic instrument, developing your musical ability and growing in confidence
