Occasionally a problem may arise while you are a Course Rep which should be referred or escalated on to another team, such as the SU, rather than be dealt with yourself. This chart will help you resolve an issue or identify if it should be referred on, and if so, who it should be referred to. The most important thing is that the issue is resolved for the students that are affected.
