#runandtalk provide social, conversational running in a supportive and fun environment. The group meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm at The Edge (Sports Centre) at the University of Leeds. Everyone is welcome, especially people who are new to running and just want to see what it’s all about. You can find out more about #runandtalk here.
