Hello, everyone! I'm Pooja Chandraprakash Chawla, a student pursuing MSc in International Finance and Investment at Leeds Beckett University. I'm thrilled to be running for NUS Delegate in 2024.

As an international student, I know money matters. The NUS National Conference 2024 is where students' unions decide important things for the future, and I want to be there to represent you.

Here's what I want to do:

1. Help for International Students:
I'll ask student groups to push for extra support for international students like us. We need the UK government to understand our challenges and help us manage our money while we're studying.

2. Make Living Affordable:
I'll support the Cost of Living Campaign. Let's get the government to do things that really help students with money problems. That means finding ways to make things like rent and daily expenses more reasonable.

3. Stable Rent and Easy Transport:
I'm all for making sure our rent doesn't keep going up. And I'll also support making public transport cheaper and easier. It should be simple for students in international finance and investment studies to get around.

4. Student Issues, Student Solutions:
I promise to join in on talks about rules and plans. Working with Leeds Beckett Students' Union and others, I'll make sure our thoughts and worries as international finance and investment students are part of the decision-making process.

5. Stay Connected and Listen:
I'll keep you in the loop about what's happening. If you have questions or concerns, I'm here to listen. Your voice matters, and I'll make sure it's heard on the big stage.

If you like what I'm saying, please vote for me – Pooja Chandraprakash Chawla – your friend for positive changes at the NUS National Conference 2024!

Let's make university life better for all international finance and investment students in the UK. If you want to chat or have questions, just give me a shout. Your vote can make a real difference, and I appreciate your support !
