We will do our best to advise you on employment issues, including:

  • Problems with wages
  • Dismissal
  • Redundancy
  • Disciplinaries

In some circumstances we may need to signpost you to an Employment Specialist in another organisation.

What legal issues can the Leeds Beckett Students’ Union Advice Service advise me on?

We do not provide legal advice. We can provide initial advice on a range of other issues such as:

  • Court summonses
  • Council Tax issues
  • TV Licensing prosecutions
  • Motoring offences
  • Relationship breakdown
  • Legal matters generally – if in doubt, ask!
